Absolutely! Saga is 5 months so it ebbs & flows depending on what she's going through but it generally looks like this:
- Wake up @ 7am (we all get up together, I set up our coffee pot the night before to auto turn on at 7am)
- Change Saga, then she hangs out with her dad for about an hour
- Workout for 30 minutes
- Get ready, get food & water ready to take to my work desk
- Start work around 8, nurse Saga while I clock in, I eat while working too
- Sometimes she'll go straight into a contact nap, other times she'll want to solo play in her crib until she falls asleep
- Once she's up I change & nurse her again. She'll play in her playpen next to me while we work through to lunch.
- Lunch around 12 or 1 for an hour. I step away from all screens during this time too and give her my full attention :)
- Nurse & contact nap again after lunch. While she sleeps, I work!
- Whenever she wakes up, she'll play in her crib or playpen or hang out with her dad (he's home during the winter so this will change seasonally)
- I finish work around 4
- I start dinner and hang out with the family the rest of the night!
As you can see, I'm super loose when it comes to naps and feeding. I also have the freedom to clock in/out as much as I need and at any time so I have the freedom to be lax with our schedule!
Would love a sneak peek into your routine! Considering trying this (or quitting my 9-5 and changing our budget)

Thank you for sharing this! I love that you don't have a strict schedule - so much about sleep training and whatnot makes it feel overwhelming
Beautiful, Caitlin! Your words resonate deep into my heart. Thank you for this share!
Thank you Amanda!
